Mindfulness
5th November
Jodie Terry attended a mindfulness class given by Ms Afsal to all teaching staff. This explained what was begin taught to children in class as well as taking the teachers through several mindfulness exercises. This was a very professionally run session. It is extremely beneficial to children (something backed up by hard evidence) and we are very fortunate to have such an experienced practitioner to deliver it to Fox children. A session is planned for parents in the second half of the winter term.
